Day 183
“Good content should be at the heart of
your strategy, but it is equally important to keep the display context of that
content in mind as well.”
~ Tim
Frick
We've all heard it said that looks can be deceiving. A good
design cannot make up for poor content – however, that doesn't mean that we
should scrub design all together. Good content AND a pleasing, consistent
design are the foundation of a great marketing strategy. They go together like
peanut butter and jelly, Bert and Ernie, honey and bees…
Marketing prompt:
Have you branded your marketing efforts? Having a specific
layout or color scheme can make your marketing look that much more
professional. If you have already done this, evaluate it to see if it can be
improved or if it is a cover-up for bad marketing copy.
