Focus

Remember that social media and even book marketing in general isn’t all about you and your book – it’s about the readers. If you build relationships with people, they will be more interested on spending money on what you’ve written. Some of my favorite authors are those I built relationships with first, and then picked up one of their books, just because they wrote it – now I’m the first in line when their new books come out. Building relationships builds sales.

Continue what we started yesterday, and work on building relationships with readers that aren’t based around you and your book.
