Day 177
“It [Marketing] is the whole business seen from
the point of view of its final result, that is, from the customer’s point of
view.”
~Peter Drucker
Whose point of view are you marketing from? Are you trying
to see things from the customer’s point of view, are are you just looking at it
as a way to increase your profits? Marketing from the customer’s point of view
will help you see better results, but you also first have to know exactly what
and how your customer is seeing what you are offering.
Marketing prompt:
Do some market research. This could be as simple as creating
a poll or online survey, or you could go more in depth and create a focus group
to try out your marketing on.
