Day 162
“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a
single moment before starting to improve the world.”
~ Anne Frank
As authors, we have the opportunity to step into reader’s
lives the way no one else can. We get the opportunity to get into their heads.
Our words can make a difference, if only we can get our books into their hands.
And that’s where marketing comes in. Book marketing isn't like being a used car
salesman; it’s starting to improve the world. It’s letting the people who need
your book know that it exists, and maybe even helping them before they read it.
Marketing prompt:
Watch the national news to see if your book relates to any
current events, if so, write a press release about it.
Days to go: 203
Speaking of news - I wanted to let you know about the new group promotion going on over at CrossReads.com for Christian authors.
